By posting or viewing locum listings, you confirm that:
- You are a licensed clinic representative or
- You are a qualified doctor looking for locum opportunities
- You are at least 18 years old
- You will provide truthful and accurate information
We are not responsible for verifying user identity.
3. Posting Locum Slots
Clinics may publish locum postings without creating an account.
By posting a job, you agree that:
- All information submitted is accurate and honest
- The contact number provided belongs to your clinic
- The rate follows the minimum platform rules:
- Day shift: RM40/hour (minimum)
- Night shift (12am–8am): RM30/hour (minimum)
- You will not post misleading, fake or spam postings
- You accept that all postings will be automatically deleted after 24 hours
We reserve the right to remove any post that violates these rules.
4. Doctor Responsibilities
Doctors browsing locum posts understand that:
- All postings are submitted directly by clinics
- We do not endorse or verify the clinics
- You must perform your own due diligence before accepting a locum job
- All communication and agreements happen directly via WhatsApp
We are not involved in negotiation, payment, or employment decisions.
5. Platform Limitations
LocumDoctor Malaysia does not:
- Hire doctors
- Negotiate locum rates
- Guarantee the accuracy of postings
- Verify clinic identity
- Participate in doctor–clinic disputes
- Provide employment, HR, or agency services
We only provide a platform to connect clinics and doctors.
6. No Liability
LocumDoctor Malaysia is not responsible for:
- Inaccurate locum details posted by clinics
- Missed shifts, cancellations, or disputes
- Payments or non-payments
- Damages, losses, or risks arising from locum arrangements
- Any external links (including WhatsApp)
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
7. Modification of Service
We may update or change features, rules, or terms at any time without prior notice.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
- Post fake or fraudulent locum slots
- Post inappropriate, abusive or illegal content
- Scrape or copy data from the website
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
Violations may result in removal of postings or blocking access.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, layout, and features belong to LocumDoctor Malaysia.
